This unique and artistic villa is situated in the south part of Mykonos between the beaches of Agrari and Super Paradise and around 10 minutes away from the town (Chora). The position of the villa offers the opportunity to visit easily and fast all the well known beaches of the south (Lia, Kalafatis, Kalo Livadi, Elia, Agrari, Super Paradise) within a few minutes and without traffic even in high season!

Entering the Villa, guests are welcomed to the first level of the villa where they can find the living room, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the other side, there is a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and access to the pool area

Going down to the second level, you can find another lounge or dining area from which you have access to 3 bedrooms and the second outdoor area. Two of the bedrooms are with double beds and ensuite bathrooms and one room has double bed and a single bed which can be used also as a sofa. This bedroom can use the bathroom which is on this level but not ensuite

Finally, there are two independent rooms with private entrance. One has a lounge area, one double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other has also a lounge area, two double beds and ensuite bathroom. In total the villa can accommodate up to 15 guests!

The villa features a private pool and outdoor settings which include sunbeds, pergolas, a small garden, outdoor dining or lounge areas where guests can have a meal or drink while enjoying the most magnificent view of the Aegean Sea as well as the breathtaking sunset, private parking and a unique church which can be used for weddings.

This villa targets guests who wish to vacate in style and comfort and as well as those who will appreciate its proximity to town, the islands staggering beaches and its famous night life.
